Chinese Chives and Egg Stir-fry

Chinese chives

Canola oil

Eggs

Salt
Instructions
Wash the chives and cut into small pieces.
Put 1 teaspoon of oil in the wok or pan, heat it, add two eggs, stir-fry, and set aside the eggs.
Put the remaining oil in the wok, add the chives and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour the previously fried eggs into the wok, and add the salt, and continue to stir-fry for one minute.
