Chinese Chives and Egg Stir-fry
Ingredients
  • 2cups Chinese chives
  • ½ tablespoon Canola oil
  • 2 Eggs– beaten
  • 1/8teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash the chives and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put 1 teaspoon of oil in the wok or pan, heat it, add two eggs, stir-fry, and set aside the eggs.
  3. Put the remaining oil in the wok, add the chives and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the previously fried eggs into the wok, and add the salt, and continue to stir-fry for one minute.
