Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 3/4cup Greek vanilla or lemon yoghurt(one 6oz container)
  • 1cup Fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2cup Low-fat milk
  • 1tsp Honey
Instructions
  1. Combine yoghurt, blueberries, milk, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large glass and serve
