Blueberry Smoothie

Greek vanilla or lemon yoghurt
(one 6oz container)

Fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2
cup
Low-fat milk

tsp
Honey
Instructions
Combine yoghurt, blueberries, milk, and honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a large glass and serve
