Basil Chicken Salad Pitas
The basil adds complexity and enhances the chicken flavour of this pita dish. An easy, delicious way to use leftover chicken breast.

Instructions
Whisk together the vinegar, garlic, black pepper, salt and oil in a medium bowl. Add the chicken, spinach, onion and basil. Toss until well coated.
Place a tomato slice and equal amounts of the chicken mixture in each of the pita halves.
