Baked Vegetable Slices
Ingredients

Green beans

large red bell pepper, sliced

Medium onion, sliced

Vegetable oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Toss vegetables into a casserole dish. Add oil and pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes.
