Baked Vegetable Slices
Ingredients
  • 1cup Green beans
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Medium onion, sliced
  • 2tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Toss vegetables into a casserole dish. Add oil and pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
