Dressing
2tbspFresh lime juice30ml
1tbspWhite or white balsamic vinegar15ml

Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk together the salad dressing ingredients. Pour over the salad and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
