gras sont sains et il est important de les inclure dans un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain parce que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous en avons besoin pour construire notre corps et pour mettre des vitamines en r\u00e9serve.<\/li>\n<li>Certains types de gras sont importants pour le d\u00e9veloppement du cerveau de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Les gras peuvent ajouter de la saveur et de la texture aux aliments.<\/li>\n<li>Les gras sains dans les aliments peuvent ralentir l&rsquo;absorption des aliments mang\u00e9s avec ceux-ci, permettant ainsi \u00e0 votre corps de produire de l&rsquo;insuline \u00e0 temps pour agir sur les aliments.<\/li>\n<li>Si nous sommes attentifs \u00e0 notre plein, les gras peuvent nous aider \u00e0 nous sentir rassasi\u00e9s, \u00e9vitant ainsi de trop manger dans certains cas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cependant, il y a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beaucoup de gras malsains que nous devrions \u00e9viter.<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9thodes de cuisson, comme la friture, peuvent rendre les gras malsains et m\u00eame les prot\u00e9ines, les f\u00e9culents et les l\u00e9gumes encore moins sains!<\/li>\n<li>Le gras contient beaucoup de calories, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une prise de \u00e0 base de plantes (par exemple, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, l&rsquo;huile de canola, l&rsquo;huile de ma\u00efs). <\/p>\n<p>Les gras satur\u00e9s d&rsquo;origine animale sont plus probl\u00e9matiques (par exemple, le gras dans la viande, la volaille et le beurre).\n<\/p>\n<p>Parfois, la cuisson peut transformer un bon gras en un mauvais gras.
