Les amidons sont faits de sucres simples reli\u00e9s entre eux.\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Les glucides intelligents<\/b> ne sont pas raffin\u00e9s et contiennent beaucoup de fibres. Non raffin\u00e9 signifie que peu de traitement a eu lieu. Les aliments sont dans leur \u00e9tat le plus naturel. Par exemple, les grains entiers ne sont pas raffin\u00e9s, mais les aliments \u00e0 base de farine blanche sont raffin\u00e9s.\n<\/p>\n<p>Les sucres, en revanche, pr\u00e9sents dans les sucreries et les aliments raffin\u00e9s, peuvent \u00eatre facilement d\u00e9compos\u00e9s en glucose, ce qui augmente rapidement votre glyc\u00e9mie.
