ont aussi beaucoup de \u00abbons gras\u00bb (om\u00e9ga-3).<\/p>\n<p>Pour rendre la volaille et la viande plus saines, il est essentiel d\u2019enlever les \u00abgras malsains\u00bb et de cuisiner de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ne pas rendre les gras moins sains.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">CONSEILS:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choisissez des viandes maigres et de la volaille.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four, griller ou r\u00f4tir au lieu de frire (ce qui augmente le gras) ou de paner (ce qui augmente les glucides).<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9liminer le gras visible des viandes et de la volaille, lorsque cela est possible.<\/li>\n<li>Mangez de la volaille sans peau car la peau contient des gras malsains.<\/li>\n<li>Choisissez des produits laitiers faibles en gras plut\u00f4t que des substituts riches en gras (exemples: yogourt faible en gras, lait faible en gras et fromage faible en gras).<\/li>\n<li>Attention: Certains produits faibles en gras ont une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en sucre (par exemple, beurre d&rsquo;arachide faible en gras).
